From teaching dance in her parents’ garage to owning multiple studios with over 1,000 students and teams of 30+ staff, she has seen it, lived it, and survived it all.
Renowned as a highly respected figure in the industry, Jen wears multiple hats as a studio owner, business coach, mastermind mentor, and mum to two beautiful girls.
Her no-nonsense approach, coupled with innovation and proven methodologies, has helped many turn their passion for dance into successful, profitable studios with impressive growth and revenues exceeding six figures.
Beyond her dance background, Jen brings a diverse range of experiences and qualifications. With 13 years of service in the Child Protection and Sex Crimes Squad as a Police Officer, she offers a unique perspective to her work. She has also pursued higher education in Psychology (PSY111) and Communications (COM120) at CSU, as well as qualifications in Health and Fitness (SRF40206) and Dance Teaching and Management (CUA50311) to enhance her knowledge and skills.
As an accomplished author, Jen wrote Teaching Dance Beyond The Steps, which received critical acclaim. She is a frequent guest expert on stages including the Australian Dance Festival and Victorian Dance Festival, where she shares valuable insights with the dance community. Her expertise has also been prominently featured in publications like Dance Informa magazine.
These days, Jen spends her time supporting dance studio owners and creatives to simplify and scale their businesses for growth, impact, and profit.
